The season seemed to be winding down fast across the northeast due to warm temps, rain, and lack of normal-level snow bases.
That’s until a spring storm moved across northern Vermont and dumped some much-needed snow that will help the resorts finish the season strong.
Jay Peak seems to be the unofficialย ‘Winner of the storm’ย totaling 12″ over the last 48 hours. While that might not seem like a significant amount, I’m sure the ‘Jay Peakers’ aren’t complaining.
Take a look at some of the pictures posted from the storm. Looks like a hell of a good time for skiing on April 1st in Vermont!
