There’s no question that the West has had its fair share of snow this winter. From California to Colorado and everywhere in between, western states have gotten doused with record amounts of snow. The state of Utah has been at the forefront of these epic snow totals. It seemed that every week since December resorts such as Alta, Snowbird, Powder Mountain – you name it – have been posting new snow totals in multiple feet, not inches. Jump onย Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and you are sure to find one Utahn after another posting video upon video with them in their snorkel kit and getting face shots for days.
Life is Good for Ski Utah

Life has been really good out there this winter for our friends in Utah and the best part about it, is that the snow just keeps on coming. On average, most Ski Utah resorts receive about 500″ on snow annually. However, today they just surpassed the 700″ for the season, as Brighton Resort’s most recent storm pushed them over this momentous mark. In case you were wondering, that’s the equivalent of 10 Subarus or 9 moose stacked on top of each other. Bottom line is that is a whole lot of what Ski Utah often refers to asย The Greatest Snow on Earth.ย
