Are you a beer enthusiast looking for your next adventure? Look no further than the Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival! Taking place on September 16 and 17, this festival celebrates Utah’s growing beer culture in the unique and picturesque setting of Deer Valley Resort.

Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival: Brews With a View and BBQ Too

Situated mid-mountain at 8,100 feet getting to there is half the fun. Access to the festival begins with a scenic chairlift ride. This will provide visitors unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and breathtaking fall foliage.

Once there, attendees will be treated to a variety of delicious craft beers from over a dozen Utah breweries. However, the Deer Valley Beer Festival isn’t just about beer. The event also includes options for outdoor dining, live music and a full slate of additional family-friendly activities by local vendors. Grab a beer and work up an appetite while you play some cornhole with your friends. Then chow down on some elevated summer BBQ dishes from one of the best foodie ski resort destinations in the country.

Deer Valley’s Director of Beverage, Josh Hockman, is thrilled to celebrate Utah’s brewing culture with the return of the festival. “Guests can imbibe while indulging in elevated summer BBQ dishes, lawn games, and activities geared towards the whole family at Park City’s newest favorite summer tradition,” he said.

Offering Only Beers From the Beehive State

Utah’s growing beer culture will be on full display at the Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival. In fact, what makes this craft beer festival unique is that it offers excellent beer exclusively from breweries in Utah. This will ultimately provide visitors a one-of-a-kind opportunity to sample the state’s wide range of beer flavors and styles.

Be on the lookout for local producers like Offset Bier and Park City Brewing at the festival. Additionally, you can expect to see nationally recognized brewers from the Beehive State, such as Squatters and Uinta. Both played a pivotal role in starting Utah’s craft brew scene several decades ago.
