You no doubt recognize the soft melodies of WHAM’s 1986 smash holiday hit “Last Christmas” but you probably didn’t know it has a ski-centric accompanying music video and you definitely didn’t know about the after hours naked alpine steeplechase between the band’s singers George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley at Saas-Fee Ski Resort in Switzerland.
Imagine being on a ski in Switzerland in the mid-80s, tucked up to a warm fireplace with a nice cup of Mount Rigiย and seeing George Michael’s bare butt blast past by your window wearing moonboots. Oh a what time! Love discovering these kind of little tidbits about aprรจs fun in from a bygone era.
